I attended “A Magic City Moment in Time” by Chef Daniel Knight of @dateknightcatering this past weekend. This was an experience! In addition to one the best DJs Birmingham has to offer, DJ @dj_maxx72, spoken word by @jusjason2020, a live art demonstration by @ahmadaustin_, there was a 9 course meal...9 course!! I was full before the entrees were served! Everything was absolutely amazing!! The food was phenomenal, tasty, and well prepared. I didn’t get a photo of the wonton trio (I think my fav of the evening in addition to the seeet potatoe cheesecake) but he also served a wonton trio; topped with your choice of smoked salmon, shrimp, or spinach artichoke dip. If you’re not following him, do so now! If you couldn’t attend this event, mark your calendars now for April 4th! I will definitely be in attendance again (yes, I had THAT much fun).
