I got beat up in almost every school I went to After a horrible attack that left me with broken bones I remember Bro running up and shoving the kids out of the way They ran off pretty quick I remember he and Mom Lalonde had come looking for me after I didn't come out to the car I remember him holding my battered, skinny ass form close as he walked back to Mom's car I remember sobbing into his chest in the back seat of Mom's car, being so sick and tired of getting my ass beat in every school, no matter how good at fighting I was I remember him stroking my hair an comforting me, just letting me cry I remember him swearing to every god on earth he would never let anyone hurt me ever again I can still feel his hand in my hair I remember cuddling in the hospital He wouldn't leave my side unless I asked, which was comforting The first time D and Dirk came to visit, Dirk brought McDonald's since he " Didn't want me to starve" It was a really nice hospital stay Bro pulled me from that school since it was the fifth time I had gotten beaten up and the staff did nothing But word got around on social media that the kids who had attacked me had gotten a taste of their own medicine. D and Bro came home with smiles on their faces Once I healed, I got put into a different school, and the others did all they could to make sure it wouldn't happen again
