this ain't admission to abuse, it's jd saying that they had fight, but no specifics of what actually happened, whether physical or not, who did what, who said what. it's like that "discoblood bath" thing, nothing specific, but a vague metaphor. besides if david heard actually thought his daughter was beaten up many times, would he say in his message to jd that amber went with tro only because her lawyers told her she would be kicked out from the penthouse? yeah bullshit
