How I hurt Dave Knox’s feelings:

3/5/17 

Centennial Lanes bowling Alley, Tinley Park, IL. 

I, am a very small guy. I’m like, Josh Dun size. I am also a very shy guy with super bad social anxiety. 

Dave Knox, is a very tall guy, who can come off very serious and intimidating. 

Which lead me to be very scared of him. And my best friend promised Jake from Sleep On It we’d talk to Dave, because we’re scared of Dave. 

My friend was refusing to talk to Dave, when we’d set a time we’d talk to him, and so I refused to let them back out. 

And when we did go to talk to Dave, my word vomit came out. 

A word vomit caused by how scared I am of Dave, he makes my anxiety really high and makes me super shy and quiet. 

I told Dave he “Horrifies” me. Because that’s just how scared I am of him.

Then Dave got kinda hurt. I guess I’m the first Real Friends fan to say he horrifies me? 

Anyway once I explained that he’s a very tall very intimidating guy and I was just small and shy he understood more, I did apologize repeatedly and called myself a dick multiple times. 

He said it was fine...Then he made this face: 

Got in my face (jokingly) and said “Just don’t do it again” 

Then after I stopped kinda losing my shit inside we both started laughing and he let me take a picture of him making the face again purely so I had proof Dave Knox menaced me. 

Then when I showed him the picture he pointed how menacing he looks in his pastel pink shirt.

So yeah. That’s how I hurt Dave’s feelings.
