This is probably one of the most iconic scores of its decade. How many times have we all come across covers of the main theme alone? However, the whole of it is great listening: mysterious and romantic with a touch of menace underlying those qualities.

I’ve never seen this movie (it was apparently a notorious flop in its day), but the soundtrack is great. Very jazzy and melodramatic in that pure 50s Hollywood mode.
