When you salty all day
Good afternoon y’all!
It will be a week tomorrow when I started my macro diet, and today I started walking...3 miles omg I’m so proud of myself. I didn’t think I would do it. I pushed and hey I went slow but I freakin’ did it!!! I wanted to start walking due to DavidSoComedy doing 3 miles a day, and also doing a form of martial arts, and lost hella weight. He’s super inspiring. I’ve lost 4 lbs y’all and I had a cheat day...Like wow.I’m so proud of myself. I do have an issue with my eating tho. I need to cook more. I hope to get to it soon. Any macro foods y’all can suggest? Like things to buy or items that are already packaged....like for snacks?

On perspective and growing
So when I was like 11-12ish I was obsessed with David So. Like I just thought he was the funniest fuckin guy out there with the accents and shit an I kept up wit his shit right? Then I forgot about him for a while then I rediscover him like two days ago and I'm watching his videos. And as it turns out I still really, really enjoy them, but for different reasons than before. Before I enjoyed his comedy, now I'm enjoying his ideals and his truth and his no bullshit attitude and the way he interacts wit others. It's so weird to look at myself and see how my perspective has changed about certain things and how I've grown to the point where I look at the same content I watched 6-7 years ago and have a completely different mindset about it. It's kinda cool to be able to realize how much I've grown as a person by looking at the content of someone who's been there the whole time... this doesn't make much sense but I needed to get it out there somehow lmao
David So carries pads in his backpack for his gf and female friends love this man i tell you he's beautiful. What a great example.
