When he left Brooklyn a few years ago to relocate in Reno, the self-proclaimed “Biggest Little City,” Erik Burke, aka OverUnder, also launched his own artist residency program: the Big Little Residency, “focused on social practices through public works.” In 2013 Baltimore artist David Cogdill, aka Nanook, spent some residency time with Burke and among the several wheat pastes, paintings, and installations he created was this wall on the back of Martin St wine and beer retailer, Craft. @nanookoso/ @craftreno/
