3 Questions with Davies Babies

Davies Babies is behind the successful Artist Collective Mighty Wallet Black Sheep. According to his Facebook page "Davie loves all his babies equally and treats them all with the same tenderness and care they deserve." Find out what inspires him below.

What is your earliest artistic/creative memory?

My earliest artistic/creative memory was snooping around my parents bedroom and stumbling upon some of my Fathers portrait illustrations and being amazed how much they looked like photographs. Being heavily influenced by my Father, from that day forward I knew I wanted to be an artist when I grew up.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received as an artist?

The best advice I've ever received as an artist was to make my art a habit and do it everyday. Devote 15 minutes a day to whatever your art may be and you will be amazed at how fast you will improve/grow as an artist.

What makes you mighty?

My passion and love for art and my artwork is what makes me mighty! If you love what you do others will love it too.
