Wildgrown Chapel of Julianos - Screenshot Tour | ESO Housing | U47 PTS

Very excited about this house, and the fact that it will be earnable: the final morph of the Julianos season / Stonewisp of Truth and Law morphables! (At time of posting, UESP is not yet updated to reflect this.)

Interior:

Enormous Dawnwood grounds to free-build in!

I really hoped for a bare plot in the Dawnwood, but this is great. There's so much room to build and it's easy to hide the house with Dawnwood items.

Love that it comes with awesome Crown furnishings like this Colovian Gazebo!

I would not have bought this from the Crown store, personally – these tend to cost the equivalent of ~1.5 months of ESO Plus sub; for me that's way too much for one item.

ESO Update 47 PTS: Furnishings

I always find lists with static images and searchable text helpful, so I made one! Early PTS; some info here may be incorrect or incomplete.

This tower is really cool. In a fantasy game like this, I'd much rather live somewhere fun and interesting like a crumbling tower, more than a house. It's almost too good: when the default build is great, what do you have left to do? Customizing is even more of a challenge!

The Julianos shrine here turns this cool VFX in the middle hole on and off. I've removed the tree to see it better:

Views:

You can go extremely high up and far out: forget about earth, take to the treetops and build your own thing!

Last image is the death floor; you can't go very low sadly.

And finally, the house entrance:

We had a lot of complaints about Willowpond's original PTS entrance which did get changed to be better! Looks like this one was made with that in mind: you can take a boat to get between the shores. This is a 1-second black-screen port, no load screens. Also, we now have Mount Swimming, so even less trouble!

P.S. here's some of my feedback on the forums. Really happy with Housing and QOL this update!

Man I absolutely love Fyrelight Cave!

I'd do horrible things (even pay someone gold for crowns ;_;) for an ESO home in this environment, with a waterfall like this!

100-Slot Hideaway – at Snugpod | ESO Housing

Just-for-fun challenge:

Crafting home for a lowbie account without ESO Plus or DLCs.

Using only items buyable for gold in base game; no high-level achievement nor crown items. (A few things were added during ESO Plus trial events.)

And freshening up Snugpod, which ordinarily feels so dark and noisy (texture-wise). Hidden lights for a bright daylight feel on top, light druidic stone, and keeping the outdoor feel (Snugpod has wonderful nature & bird sounds) with lots of greenery.

Crafting area. Using a Dawnwood tree for a ramp up to the 2nd floor:

Bedroom. Thanks to a fellow houser (W) for crafting some Dawnwood Tents! The plan is still so expensive x/

(Also ew, need to workshop "housers". I hate how it sounds even if short & effective.)

I'm SO glad to get this one (request fulfilled!) but it is a botanical crime that the Calathea-leaved stalk is categorized as a "fern", I hope it will be fixed! –

The shrub cluster is a wonderful size, I hope we'll see more BIG landscaping pieces like this:

Also this stone, but I'm not very excited about it because the Large is pretty small. It will take a lot of slots to do anything with these:

The below will be furnishing plans. Great if you like furnishing plans and want to make some big sales when they release, since the economy is still trashed.

Not so great if you, like me, are SO FREAKING TIRED of running that kitchen and getting "Formula: Vial, Delicate". IYKYK.

Entrance to Wildgrown Chapel of Julianos from U46, before the house goes live, vs after (U47 PTS):

I think it's fun to see these "historical" screenshots! A few houses' UESP pages have them. (Just sorry the "before" screenshot is at the ugliest time of day when the trees look really weird D: I happened to be in the area.)

Currently nothing in this area, by the river near Ostumir. Just rocks and a couple of Tharrikers (who don't notice a sneaky Khajiit). I think these Tharrikers get removed in U47; I didn't see them on PTS. It'd be rather annoying to spawn into them.

I always really liked Ostumir's environment design and even sent feedback that I wished there was more to do here after the quest. The Ostumir wayshrine is close, so it's nice to have a reason to go here more!

ESO Housing Wishlist: Dawnwood

The Dawnwood is SO awesome! I wish there was more to do in it and that a certain area was re-accessible after the quest.

I BADLY want a Dawnwood house too. The new pods' airy designs and textures are so nice.

Furnishings Wishlist:

Foremost, both of the above ^ pod types as modular structural (craftable!) items like the Druidic Bridge, Living.

These tree root structures!

Tent things

Rooted walkways / bridges. Khajiit wants to hide under the bridge.

MORE big and twisty trees like Tree, Giant Dawnwood Growth and all the different big twisty roots and trees around the area.

The tree in the back in pic 3 & pic 4 with all the "roots" would be an amazing structural piece. (need better shots)

Wouldn't be mad about this gate thing

+ the little dividers / tree-fences inside the pod homes... might be the only divider I actually use.

GIANT mossy BOULDERS please! Big enough to cover a house! (Boulder, Volcanic Plug and Boulder, Lunar Spine are the largest we have for gold. A giant one with greenery already on it would be so useful + slot-saving)

These smaller mossy boulders are nice also.

It would be fantastic to have these platforms, with or without their bridge attached. These would be so good for greening a space.

Or just plain mossy ground like this. (And this Monstera-like plant.)

Seriously all these pod structures could do so much work in one piece, they'd be amazing to have!

One pod could be used as intended, or just for the tree on top! Or something else.

This is a great pod. Has both a nice twisted top-tree and lifted, rooted bridge! (Vashabar; the lighting is always difficult here.)
