You found this little out of the way place by accident. It was mostly abandoned but still sturdy enough that you could both climb to the top and look out over the endless ocean. The view was unlike anything back home. You had waterfront views back in Tokyo but even in the gorgeous evening lights that seemed to sparkle on the water, the bay didn’t feel as breathtaking, as endless.

Kiyoshi, being the romantic he was, actually brought candles and chocolate.

“Of course I did, have you forgotten this is a date?” he asked, making you smile and shake your head.

“Never, a date with you is unforgettable Teppei.”

“That’s right,” he said, wearing a wide grin as he puffed his chest out playfully.

He pulled out a lighter and the small glow of the candles made you grin.

You made grabby hands at the chocolates when he gently pulled off the plastic.

“I never said I’d share,” he teased but you knew it was just a ploy.

Still, you could hardly deny him so you puckered up your lips and convinced him that sharing was much more fun than eating alone.

        As we know, Freya is the oldest and was originally stillborn. After her mother's brought her back to life with dark magic, they used a spell to bind her magic, keeping it at arms length so she could never really practice magic fully. Aside from that, her childhood was relatively normal. She was raised by her mothers, and they were apart of their own coven of witches. Freya can be described as a very outgoing child, she had a hard time staying still. Too many times she would escape her yard, or leave her mother’s sight anywhere they went, park, grocery store, you name it. She would wander off, end up being found by strangers, and making friends in some crazy ass places. She is crazy okay. 

     Eventually, her mother’s had to start putting a leash on her. They had to, she was too much trouble. She was always kind of getting into trouble in school. Think of her like Lilo, she was weird but she also didn’t take too kindly to bullies and would fight a lot. Growing up, she mellowed out a lot, however, she still doesn’t take kindly to bullies. 

   As far as relationships went in their coven, she wasn’t seen as much. Because of the unknown spell her mother’s put on her magic, a lot of the other witches didn’t include her a lot with things. She often felt like she had better relationships with ordinary people then other witches because she couldn’t quite match their skill. 

   Ultimately, she has a lot of crazy stories about her childhood and the crazy things she did when she was little.

This is not the way she thought this conversation would go, but Teresa is glad that Jami is making sure that Adwin hears everything he needs to hear about becoming a parent. She once accused Jami of being too soft on Adwin, but she’s glad to see that his being too easy ended as Adwin grew up. She gets up from the couch to allow them to continue this conversation alone. 

Adwin: I know...I was going to start looking for a job tomorrow.

Jamison: Nope...you’ll start looking for one today.

Adwin: Today?

Jamison: Yes...today!  Babies are expensive.  There’s a lot of stuff you need to buy in order to prepare so you need to start saving as soon as possible. What? Did you think you were going to just sleep in and relax while casually doing a job search? Do you think Carla is just sleeping in and relaxing? Poor girl’s probably scared out of her mind. I’m sorry...there’s no time to waste - you have a baby on the way. *gets up from the couch and walks away*
