Every once in a while, I remember my old artstyle, & Ima be like, I want to go back to drawing like that; this usually lasts a day until I stop caring again lol

(this was just a very small break from my "anatomy studies"; just drawing little chibis for once felt nice)

If you haven't figured it yet, I've been fixating on drawing people more recently (most obviously my human Mikes and Tenna)

-& with one goal in mind: trying to fix my arts' terrible anatomy - in just a few days I feel I already improved but I fear I don't really have anything to show off rn, (so you just gotta trust my word on that:P)

& if I reach a point where I'm somewhat satisfied with my work I'll move onto my next goal, which would be improving in drawing expressions - which is something I very much struggle with.

Anyways, I actually wanted to apologise to any hypothetical people who are upset that my posts became very experimental, and that the old thematic format is lacking. I just couldn't find any more enjoyment in my old way of posting and I felt like I wasn't improving and that I was getting nowhere with drawing. I just want to draw more freely

You could say that, how is this all still Miketenna related?, you could technically do all this with any other characters or even ocs But I didn't want to abandon the blog right when we're 15 days away from day 200, and honestly these 4 critters are my biggest motivators , with maybe a few other dr characters included they're the only characters I feel like drawing rn, which is defo a win for the blog for once lol
