Day 3b: Cardio Power & Resistance
I skipped the morning workout at 8am today, I woke up at 7.45 and my hamstrings were completely seized up, so i rolled back over and went back to sleep.
Just finished today’s workout at 9.15pm. I forgot about the globe jumps. Seriously hate them ahaha. Def not as hard as day 2 either, seemed to go a lot quicker as well!
The upside of doing it alone is I can strip down to a sports bra and socks in the privacy of my own room, even one layer of clothes gets way to warm for me, but training with 2 girls and 2 boys means the clothes will have to stay on!
When doing the push ups, looking down at my hanging stomach, it makes me push harder. I don’t have massive issues with my self-image, and I know that gravity is a thing, and there’s important organs in there that won’t get any smaller, but I want to 1. be more healthy and 2. tone my abs/stomach, but I have to watch out that my thought process of getting there isn’t entirely negative i.e. ‘my stomach hangs so much i need to loose this weight asap to look prettier’ --> ‘the more effort i put in the more it will show, both for physical and mental wellbeing.
