Spending the entire week in my base because there’s radioactive rain and I really don’t want to go outside in that weather for obvious reasons. All that I’ve been doing is scavenging through the woods and just crafting up some stuff and accumulating exp.

Also, why the hell are nettles so rare to find in this area? I spent two days looking for enough to make tanned leather for my new armor.

I suppose after the rain dies down and (hopefully) the weather turns good I’ll spend the entire week searching around towns for items and gas. I need like... 22 thousand gas to make the trip to the fishing village and back to the tourist village for some quests.

Getting the musket now that i’ve made the ppsh-41 is too expensive on time and remaining resources I have so i guess i’ll die on this hill.

Would considering starting once again, but I’ve gone so far in the game that it’ll take me a while to get where I’m at just to spend several weeks searching for 200 scrap metal. Might as well up and leave to Novogrod once the snowstorm is over, stupid musket be damned.

I plan on traveling down south. At the next minute this is literally the weather.

Could probably just ask the subreddit but it’s a hit or miss so i’ll be here comparing notes on what weapon is better/cost effective.

My idiocy is being tested by this game I went into battle with no armor and died. It wouldn’t be much besides the fact dying takes off a single level, and fails all the commissions you have active.

To solve that I sat down and grinded on tanning leather. Got 700 experience off that and now I am back to level 30. I should craft the motor bike before anything else happens. Also postponing my trip to Novgorod until I get that musket from the fishing town, and most likely get a level or two by doing commissions.

Dammit I forgot to check out and craft the musket when I was at the fishing camp. But then I didn’t even bring the materials to craft in the first place.

So far biking across the frozen lake from Fishing Town to Tourist Camp takes... 30? (bike was at 100% at FC, then was at 73(?)% when I got to TC) durability off my bike. That’s less than what I was expecting.

Well then, for the time being I’m just going to grind on quests, and once I get enough ones that need me to go back to the fishing town I’m going there and bring the materials to potentially craft the musket.

I also am at the level where I can craft the motorized bike too, so maybe I’ll go and ask the subreddit for opinions whether to go to Novgorod with it.
