Day 18.100 of productivity.

So, these days I was busy between a security project and collecting the olives with my family. It’s a hard work, but somebody must do it - well, olive oil this year has a spectacular flavor, so I’m very proud of it!

Back to the university, I’m waiting for the next lecture to start. Ugh. Monday is the worst day, a lot of time between lectures but not enough to study, plus I’m on my second coffee and I will be home only at 8 pm. As like the other days, I left home at 6.45 am, so I feel a little sleepy. 

And I wear eye contact lenses, so I start to feel my eyes dry and this get on my nerves. GRRR!

7/2/17 - momentum + asian psychosis

I usually try to avoid cooking if I don’t have to. It’s not particularly fun for me, and I’m really lazy, which is why this picture depicting the result of making my own chips using leftover tortillas I bought for the bridal shower yesterday is noteworthy (the recipe and instructions were pretty simple though, so activation energy required wasn’t as high). I think this rare kitchen activity must’ve been the combination of the last drops of momentum from yesterday’s ‘cooking’ and what my sister calls the ‘asian psychosis’ of needing to finish everything that’s edible. I couldn’t just throw that old, browning mashed avocado mix into the trash, and it needed a partner.
