Starting TODAY. I’m taking y’all on a journey with me. It’s by NO means gonna be perfect or pretty. But lm promising to be REAL & honest with you every single day as much as I can.😅 - Truth be told. The journey I’ve ALREADY been walking with my health, has been INSANELY transformational. And through it I’ve learned to LOVE myself in such a different way than I ever thought possible.❤️ But I feel like I’m at a point, where I KNOW I can do better. I want to see what my body is TRULY capable of. And get BACK to being in the best shape of my life.💪🏽 - So yes. I have a goal of losing a few lbs of body fat. Mostly in the upper body section. (Literally ALWAYS struggled with having big boobs🙈) If you’re freaking out & saying “she’s not fat OMG” Lemme be the first to say, I don’t think I’m fat and I definitely don’t hate my body- but I KNOW that this isn’t my best. SO on top of that, Im challenging myself to CUT ALL added sugar for at least 30 days into this (Bc my bday is on the 22nd🎉) And Bc the nasty effects it has on my body & mind after even just ONE night of going all out...is kind of freaky to me.😳 - So here’s to day 1. A NEW beginning. It’s not gonna be easy...honestly, I’m banking on this being some of THE most difficult 30 days of my journey😂🙈 But I’m ready. And I’ve got a group of 100+ women cheering me on. So fear of failure?? Heck. I’ve been there, and I’d rather see what happens if I go ALL in with this than risk existing at less than MY best. - Comment your FAV.
