Make Yourself the Priority
When you start making yourself the priority, life feels a whole lot better!
Yesterday I completed day 22 of a personal 30 day Bikram challenge.
Last night in final savasana, I started to cry. Not sad tears, just tears of feeling alive! I felt truly alive for the first time in 28 years. I felt thankful for life. I thought, I don’t ever want to be miserable and I won’t be. It’s amazing how many people are unhappy and don’t know any different. That’s not for me, that’s not me.
I’ve made myself the priority and I’m a better person for the universe.
