I was going to say pie because of the existence of meat pies, buuut I don’t think that counts. Cake, then. Red velvet cake especially.

If we’re talking in perfume terms, my immediate thought was a kind of smoky or warm floral - something with that kind of warmth to it. I know the obvious association would be a metallic blood smell, but let a girl dream.

Obviously in canon she has no contact with them because Fire Emblem! In a modern au, I’d say she has about average knowledge of tech. She knows her way around a smartphone or a computer, but she’s not exactly coding or anything.

Heather was quite softly spoken with others when I first met her. I think it was just her private nature around new people... But as she started to come out of her shell, her voice became brighter as well. Listening to her infodump is such a pleasure; it’s almost like singing!

Heather's always willing to lend a hand to someone who needs it. Looking back, that was the first thing I noticed about her. I admired how dedicated she was to helping people, and how much she enjoyed it, too. She inspires me even now to reach out to others in turn!

in my case, i say “i love you” fairly frequently (whenever my heart is full, and always before going to bed or parting ways, however temporarily), and i mean it every time. Mits, tho, is a little more reserved with the phrase and tends to wait for intimate moments, but he always responds when i’m the one who says it.

15. formal/fancy wedding or casual wedding?

casual, please, despite our friends’ insistence. neither of us are into formal OR fancy and would definitely prefer a quiet, personal affair with just close friends (and Mitsukake’s cat, Tama, in an integral role).

13. What’s a typical conversation like between you and your s/o? Do you both joke around with each other and have inside jokes? Do you swap memes at ungodly hours of the night? Do you get philosophical with each other? Or are you both more likely to quietly communicate with each other, such as with looks and touches?

Amanda likes to tease me, and trust me, I tease her right back! One quick hair ruffle and she’s blushing like crazy! Besides that, we tend to talk about how the day went, making sure the other is doing okay, the usual. Sometimes I’ll just let her talk and I’ll listen since I like the sound of her voice. Amanda’s also the type to communicate through small touches, like a hand on the shoulder or arm. I think she told me it’s her way of letting people know she’s there. Oh, and let me tell you, Amanda is a riot when she’s half asleep and you’re talking to her. I could ask her something and she’ll reply with something vaguely on-topic before going on to yawn and mumble the most incoherent things. It’s really cute, I won’t lie! Sometimes I’ll stay awake just to talk to her and have some interesting conversations about “why rhinos shouldn’t live so high up in trees”. Wh-- HEY! I told you that I didn’t remember that! Oh, trust me, you went on a whole five-minute rant about it, it happened.

22. Have you developed any new hobbies thanks to your s/o’s influence? If so, what were they? What about the other way around?

I’ve started drawing more because of Amanda, actually! I was pretty okay at just sketching beforehand, but I’ve started cleaning my sketches up more thanks to her. Now my journal is full of them along with other things.

thank you so much for the ask! I don’t talk about this character, like, ever, but I’ve been thinking about him a little bit more lately so I decided to answer these for Yasaburo!!

7) Does your f/o’s color palette mean anything to their character?

This question is actually part of why I picked Yasaburo for this, because he and his brothers actually have a card suit motif that’s really cool! Not color palette related, necessarily, and I didn’t notice it at first, but in their tanuki forms the 4 bros all have the card suit they’re associated with on their tummies, and then when they take human forms their clothes usually have that same corresponding pattern somewhere on them! In Yasaburo’s case, he has a diamond on his stomach, and then he also has a diamond pattern on his vest for short sleeve clothes, and on his sweater for the warmer outfit he wears in the anime! It was a neat touch that took me an embarrassingly long time to notice if I’m being honest lmfao 

9) Do your recognize your f/o’s voice from other productions?

Damn I thought I started watching this show because I was interested in who his VA was, but looking back at his filmography I literally can’t find wherever I supposedly knew him from...so no, apparently I don’t really lol. He voiced a kind of important character in K Proj, and apparently Reigen form MP100??? Go figure, but I’d have to go back and actually sit down and listen hard to notice any similarities 

11) What role would your s/i play in your f/o’s arc?

I’m not sure what Nova’s detailed impact would be in an overarching sense, other than ruining the arranged Yasaburo/Kaisei ship fhieslsfhiesf and also GOD she wouldn’t put up with all the shit his cousins put him and his fam through...and also she’d slap the SHIT out of the woman that ate his fucking dad (they’re tanukis, it’s a long story) and Yasaburo still has the gall to be attracted to her and I just?? Don’t fucking understand it at all??? I never have, so anyway, Nova would be putting a stop to that Immediately lmfao and she’d let Benten (the woman) know that she’s got her number fhielsjflise but Yasaburo is definitely hers now and she’d never be evil enough to do something like that to him...honestly I’m still reeling about this plot point like what the hell HOW COULD THEY DO THAT.........
