tryna find a part of me that you didn't touch...
I’m usually pretty open and honest about my anxiety and mental health, but there’s one thing I have been too embarrassed to share. I have what’s called “trichotillomania” or hair pulling disorder and it coincides with my anxiety. When I was younger I would chew on my hair and as I got older I started to pull it out. I don’t usually notice that I am doing it, but it’s usually when I’m watching tv or “relaxing” on the couch.
I did however catch myself doing it a lot more after my hubby left for deployment so I searched for something to keep my hands busy and out of my hair. I found EMBROIDERY & I am obsessed, especially now I am getting to create @taylorswift pieces.
I’m still learning and am definitely not a pro, but I’m super proud of myself for taking charge of my mental health, teaching myself something new, & creating such fun pieces of Taylor art! ❤️
My favorite lyrics from Lover - [19/23]
you said it was great love - one for the ages 💫
chandelier still flickering here ‘cause I can’t pretend it’s ok when it’s not....it’s death by a thousand cuts
I'll never look at traffic lights the same....
Gave you too much, but it wasn’t enough [...] I'll be alright, it's just a thousand cuts.
