The kids of DBYC Mandaluyong performed some carols to the attendees of the 3rd anticipated novena masses. Two decades ago, i was part of those kids, singing carols and playing the banduria, with the rest of the then-members of DBYC Mandaluyong. We went as north as Tarlac City and as south as Canlubang, Laguna, with some stops here in the metro, hopping from one Salesian house to another. We knocked to some establishments and performed in front of them. I was so young so i cannot pinpoint where we exactly went.😁 Seeing these kids do what we have done before made me feel proud that i was an alumna of that youth organization. I may have stayed with the group for a short while [bec. brodz left dbtc mandaluyong due to a transfer] but they make some of the fondest memories of my childhood within the old walls of don bosco mandaluyong. 😊 I am so glad that they made me relive those days.
