of my own, I think my favorite is my Fae Sun from my FaeFul Hearts AU!

I love his bright playful warm colors and his downward slanted ears, and his wild wavy hair. It doesn't hurt that his animal glamour is my favorite dog breed either. XD

For an AU that isn't my own though I think my fav design is @wyervan 's Slasher Sun. I mean just look at this cutie!

He's everything you could want in a man - murderous tendencies included! (jk but I do still love him)

I love his messy hair, how cute he looks with it pulled out of his face, his sharp features, all the freckles and those eyes that stare into your soul~ Just 100/10 - Moon's design in that AU is also quite lovely, I just have a Sun bias XD

There's more actual animatronic designs I love too but I think I enjoy seeing how people interpret Sun into other things while trying to keep his original like essence or like features they are like "this is so Sun" where you look at the design and go "that reminds me of Sun!" even without the obvs robotic parts of the canon model. 🌒 - Do you prefer Sun & Moon to be separate animatronics or share the same body?

i am a sucker for same body, through & through... though there is a lot you can do with separating them, as well! :D

🎭 - Tell us one cliche/trope you love in AUs and one you dislike

Ooo..... Tough... tough... Does horror romance count as a cliche/trope? I will never grow tired of befriending or romancing the horrors :"3

One that I dislike... ... Hmm... I feel like its pretty hard to dissuade me, but if they are just.... Nice. If they are simply Nice. Sanitized. Socially acceptable. Normal. Where is the flavor? The sauce??? It can be very cute, I imagine, but even people who are kind... have more going on than That..... Gimme the Flavors >:)

⏮️ - If you could go back and rewrite any parts of your AU, would you? What would you change?

At this point....... not really! I do look back on the early chapters of playing along, and ponder editing them now that I have figured out the personalities.. for everyone.. a bit better..... and also...... learned a lot more about writing.... in general.... But the slow build towards understanding sort of "fits" the reader's perspective of going into the experience uninformed, so, I don't feel too pressured to make major changes >:)

everything else is so early in the stages... mmm..... its hard to say!!

📝 - What do you find most challenging when creating this AU?

The challenge is... going to be creating speculative sci fi, as someone who is, not really well-versed in creating sci fi universes...

But thankfully, it's not meant to make sense, and feel inherently otherwordly... so.................... Yay? Hehe ^-^

📓 - Oooo okay, well what if two wips! One is a drawing ive been bouncing back to a lot but havent finished yet somehow of my yokai and norse mythology au suns interacting (there will also be one of the moons lol), and the other is a little bit from a oneshot im working on :3

🌒 - honestly, it kind of just depends. Usually in my aus Sun and Moon are seperate, but some of them they are in the same body, and same for fics I read and others aus that I like, I read and look at both the together and seperate ones

Honestly I dont think I can answer this, I dont think I really have any lol. Though I do tend to create and read aus that arent like the og universe, like sun and moon arent animatronics or at least dont work at the pizza plex. Especially if its in a past time setting, love those

9. what do you think of the dca's canon appearance? Scary? Cute? Something else?

Honestly? At first, I'm gonna be honest, I didn't really. Give a shit gHSJHGhgj it was just a design that I didn't really care for

But now??? I stare at these fuckers' appearance/design and I am staring so hard at all the little details, at all the bits and pieces and I kiss their flat fucking face

6. What is your favorite type of art/fic? What genre/flavor/style?

I am a sucker for anything domestic, such as an established relationship where the reader/character and the dca already know each other really well—romantic or otherwise! Friends to lovers just hits the spot in that way!

Oooootherwise I really really love fics and art that explore a more slow-burn kinda thing, with some good tension here and there with obstacles for the reader/character to overcome—the realization that they have feelings, how to deal with those feelings, ect. Maybe just a touch of angst!

That said my overall love is quite broad, I’ve seen so many wonderful projects

7. What’s your favorite AU?

I love a lot, truly, though my overall experience with the broad range of bigger AUs is somewhat limited—in general I adore merfolk, vampire, and post-ruin domestic AUs a LOT

As for specifics, I cannot recommend enough the Fae AU/setting of @solar-synapse’s fic Star-Crossed. The writing is excellent and there’s a lot of complexity to the characters that warrant a re-read to get a full appreciation for the layers that are still going into it! Heed the tags and prepare for feels right to the gut, it’s excellent!

12. Thoughts on Eclipse?

I love him. I adore him. He deserves good sweet things and I will personally give him a hundred hugs a day.

Hilariously my first exposure to him was the Ruin DLC appearance, and the common fanon interpretation came AFTER, so in my mind he’s just a sweet bot with maximum malewife potential

19. Do you think you’d actually get along with the dca if they were real?

I like to think I would, but Sun would probably accidentally set off my social anxiety like, every day. Given that he is ALSO an exhausted customer service worker however, I like to think we’d at least have an excellent relationship as coworkers or buddies c:

Moon however? Wish me luck to not immediately burst into flames because he’d clock my crush a mile away

4. have you actually played fnaf sb?

The only fnaf games ive ever touched were the mobile demos in 2014 and i couldn't even get 30 seconds in because i get freaked out, so... no.

7. what's your favorite au?

however, i am partial to Shandzii's human au, my pirate au, and a ton more that arent public because i made them for pure self indulgence

Honestly thought they were creepy at first! But after getting used to them, theyre just my little creachures

Honestly, it'd be situational. Say, right now, I'd want Moon because then he could help me actually sleep, and I so desperately need that. seriously i am running on 3 hours of unrested sleep

However, in another situation where i'm lacking social contact and maybe need some encouragement, Sun may be more beneficial to have around!

8. do you have any ocs, or have any ocs you’re fond of?

i do NOT have any dca oc’s yet;;;; well. i mean i don’t but like. mmm i want to

the problem is i am thinking of a transformers oc that i just kind of want to. shove in there? but there would be no reason to, it wouldn’t make sense, also it’s not MY oc it’s my girlfriend’s oc :P

what i might do instead is;;;;;;;; fiddle around with some kind of;;; crossover. nothing too wild? just you know. i love robots and i love transformers and i love the dca’s and i think i would ALSO love it if, perhaps, there was a wayward cybertronian that found their way into the pizzaplex and was very, very confused about these animatronics

like god, there’s SO many things i could do with it!!! what if the animatronics, arguably already sentient, came into contact with energon or some event happens that causes them to develop sparks - souls basically, like tiny stars in their chests - and then they’re. they’re technically cybertronian and they don’t even know

also fuck!!! sparkbonds??? god i’m just. sun and moon are already BUILT to be split-spark twins i’m screaming

there are just SO many good good things i could do with this kind of thing - maybe just an au where they ARE cybertronians??? transformers designs????
