I'm sharing with all of you a fic that I wrote for the Dean and CAS Big Bang 2017 again,because my fic has crossed 2000 hits. Dean Winchester is the new officer in charge given a hell hole of a prison to clean up. Leona Hornstaff is an investigator hired by Castiel’s brother Gabriel to investigate his case; this also means that she has to come face to face with the one man she has been trying to avoid since their divorce, District Attorney and ex-husband Sam Winchester. All four of them are caught in a net of politics where truth is often crushed for power.

Castiel Milton is a brilliant electro-chemist at the peak of his career.  He’s developed the ultimate energy source, the science behind it promising to revolutionize the world energy market and combat climate change in a way few could have ever dreamed.  He’s proud of his work, but he’s grown restless and is more lonely than he realized.  He’s ready for a change.   Dean is a thief and mercenary by trade, on a mission of absolution with his rag-tag family.  But when the nastiest skeleton in Dean’s closet rears its ugly head, Dean is put between a rock and a hard place: steal Castiel’s research or Sam dies.   It’s all downhill from there.  Dean is not the only thief after Castiel’s work, and no one is pulling any punches.  Castiel ends up along for the ride, stepping up time and time again, as determined to save Sam as he is to protect his life’s work. Dean doesn’t know what to do with Castiel and his too-blue eyes that see more than they should, or the growing affection he has for him that, like everything else about this wild night, is completely out of control.

And here it is! This fic is about (very, very) fast cars, with a (very, very) slow burn romance! This has been a pleasure to read and to illustrate. I honestly would have wanted to do more illustrations, as I did for the previous three stories of this challenge, but time ran out. I am still very, very pleased with the header, and with this angry Sammy!

Formula Won by @cardinalwrites

Of all the places Castiel Novak thought he would take in his career, an internship as a Formula One Paddock Correspondent (or journalist, for short) was most definitely not one of them for a few reasons. One: He had no clue what the hell Formula One was. Two: He knew nothing about sports in general. And Three: He should not fall in love with the people he’s supposed to be asking hard-hitting questions to, least of all the head driver of one of the oldest and most well-renowned teams in the sport’s history.

This is a love story told around the world through the eyes of the person that knows the least about where he has found himself in. Come follow a 20-race season finding love in the lost, learning the truth, and figuring out what the hell Formula One is along the way.

He also doesn’t expect to face the ridiculously good looking neighbour across the hall and his own inability to ask him out.
