Are you behind the angels on top of trees?

Aziraphale: I do believe that was an idea that humans came up with themselves! Isn’t it wonderful? I do so love to see so many different angels on all the trees I pass. I do wonder if this year any of the homemade ones might look a little more like myself...

Crowley: I think they should put a demon underneath the tree too to balance it out.

But imagine this... Ineffable idiots cosplaying as Sherlock and Watson? Or trying to sleuth something and 'inspiring' ACD, but they aren't as smooth and someone has to give him a better impression of them as if by magic....

If you were able to live in any fictional world, which? Why?

Absolutely the Oxford of the His Dark Materials universe. There is magic, there are daemons, witches, talking bears, hot areonauts, and SCIENCE! Why WOULDN’T I live there? 💛

Crowley, have you ever tried flying a plane or similar? Would you?

Crowley: Had a go, yeah. They’re not quite as fun as cars but they’re pretty good.

Aziraphale: Were there any people on the plane you were flying?

Crowley: No, just me.

Aziraphale: Oh good.

Crowley: What, don’t trust me?

Aziraphale: Of course not. I’ve seen you drive.

Why London?

Aziraphale: It is a bustling hive of culture and energy: an excellent position to observe the world from.

Crowley: Close to where the antichrist was supposed to grow up too, so it made sense to hang around that area. And London’s far more interesting than Tadfield.

Aziraphale: I was not aware of that detail for obvious reasons; Hell does not keep angels informed about the locations of their plans, so this was a pleasant coincidence.

Crowley: Nothing to do with the fact I already lived here then?

Aziraphale: Well, you know what they say about keeping your enemies close...

What's the best holiday food and drink?

Crowley: Mulled wine.

Aziraphale: I am also very partial to a nice mulled wine, or perhaps some gluhwein, so really just different recipes of hot spiced wine. And you just can’t beat a warm mince pie! I have to say, I do enjoy a good slice of Christmas pudding too, and really, quite a lot of the other foods as well come to think of it...

What thing other than dinosaurs has humanity got wrong and amuses you?

Crowley: Witchcraft and the logic behind ‘the devil made me do it’. Witchcraft exists but not in the way most people thought it did, so loads of people got killed off for it for absolutely no reason: a great bit of demonic work there based entirely on human stupidity. And it’s more annoying than amusing, but the amount of people who used ‘the devil made me do it’ as an excuse for something and humanity believed them - Satan very rarely had anything to do with it.

Aziraphale: I suppose I must admit, I do enjoy watching modern day scientists piecing together answers to questions about our universe in general, without realising that they’re making up completely the wrong picture. So perhaps the origin of the universe as a whole then.
