The @nmaahc is officially my favorite place to visit in #DC. As an actress, I find the arts & culture exhibits on the fourth floor of the museum to be incredibly #inspiring. It wasn't until after I left the museum that it hit me. There is a museum in my hometown that is ENTIRELY dedicated to the history and culture of my people. Not just a section. Not just a few pages in a textbook. An entire museum.
