Quick reminder about this, because we feel it got removed from our rules page at some point/ we want to make sure it's general knowledge. It hasn't really been necessary up until this point, but we did want to let you all know that if you want a chat to be completely private from now on (aka it can't be gossiped upon, because gossip at DDC will now be considered canon and will be used for plot and characters will be allowed to and should react to what's being said about them) make sure to tag it as private. If it's in a character's room, then it should be considered private too, but public places are fair game for gossip unless tagged. So any gossip submitted/answered after this post will be things your character's heard about themselves/others around the Carnival. After all, everyone has a reputation that can affect how others see them. If there's anything before this post you'd like to consider was canonly said about them, that's your choice and that's a-okay. But our point is-- gossip can now be considered a game-changing thing. Submit wisely, and make sure things make sense! If something gets gossiped upon that you meant to be private and you don't want it to be public, message us and we'll remove the gossip. This blog is a tool to further your plots, not a tool to make people feel bad or ruin characters. That being said though, have fun with it all!
