So 2020 I wanted to make a change. Mostly a New Years resolution. Not like others, I did thought about joining a gym but that’s what everyone does then quit a week later. Thought about doing MMA training again but that was out of the picture. Wanted to do pro wrestling training but the week before training i hurt my back pretty bad so that was out of the picture yet again. So I promised myself that change is better and a new lifestyle. Out of now where, Yoga was mention... to tell you the truth I laughed and said naw that’s not for me. This was back in November. After watching results and change happening well I can say now that I have kept up with it and well here I am today. I have join DDP Yoga and been on it since December 25th. It’s been keeping me motivated and focus, plus I love moving up in the ranks and i feel great! This is something that I’m proud of so far this year. I’m looking forward even more to see more of my progress within the months ahead.
