De Coster, guide to Napoleon at Waterloo (1/2)

Jean-Baptiste de Coster. Napoleon’s Belgian guide at Waterloo (he was taken by French officers and brought to the Emperor to be a guide), who was with him the entire time. He later gave tours of the battlefield and some English tourists wrote describing what he told them. Here are samples from one person:
