After being brought back to life, 787-Trunks has to take Trunks, Gohan and Krillin back to the Main Timeline (767).
Saying goodbye is hard, but necessary, he has to return home to 787.
(And Bulma adores it because what's better than a pair of Trunks? A tio of trunkses!📸 )
Now Trunks has tied those loose ends, she can finally go home and actually do what she prepared to do all these months: kill the Cyborgs and Cell in her timeline (784).

Because Trunks' mind kept going back to the Trunks Cell killed to come to the MainTimeline, she was restless for a while. After the Cell Games and with the coordinates to New Namek, she decides to postpone her return home to use his time machine and go to resurrect him.
Gohan and Krillin accompagny her on the trip. After all of the travel shenanigans and once everyone is back at (787) capsule corp, she ends up falling asleep with kid Gohan against her older counterpart.
Future Bulma is of course so glad to have her Trunks back, but she's also all "omg adorbz" about having a pair of Trunks and a kid Gohan back for a few days. And takes a few pics because of course she would
