Ideas for Agents of Shield “What-If” episodes:
• What if Simmons managed to force the oxygen mask on Fitz in Beginning of the End, and she was the one who sustained brain damage?
• What if the team discovered that Ward was Hydra much earlier?
• What if Trip was Inhuman?
• What if Daisy had been recruited by Hydra before she joined SHIELD?
• What if Daisy had been raised by Cal?
• What if Gonzales had been Inhuman, and went through Terragenesis when Jiaying broke the Terragen crystal?
• What if Bobbi had let Hunter in on the “real SHIELD” secret?

#the first one is VERY interesting to me actually#because at first I was wondering if that would mean Fitz would be the one infiltrating Hydra but then I realized no the frick he wouldn’t—#at least not willingly#he’d be stuck to Simmons like glue#I think the only way he’d do that is if someone convinced him that he was hampering her recovery#and then we’d get double-angst because Simmons would feel abandoned AND Fitz would hate that he had to leave so much#but I think the difference is that Fitz wouldn’t put as much stock in Simmons being ‘different’ or at least be as concerned about it as she#is. like he is with Daisy—she’s different now and that’s okay#however Simmons might still drain Ward’s cell of oxygen but I’m not sure that she’d stop herself at the last second.
