Remember it's good to get a second opinion when you're trying to solve a problem.

I was struggling to find the dead mouse that I could smell in my van and I asked my grandma for suggestion cuz I had already checked inside all of the seats and walls but she came up with the idea that maybe the dead mouse was already in the yard outside the van.

I'm very glad I asked for opinion cuz I never would have even thought of the idea that it could have left of its own acord. I did not follow up on it because as far as I'm aware the N in Nissan NV does not stand for necromancy but I appreciated her insight.

@yourmostdevoted isnt it wild what they can swallow? Heres an older pic, but the ratio of mouse size to his size is roughly the same. On our left you can see the bulge where the mouse fuzzy is, and you can see that while his neck especially si super skinny looking, the mouse actually isnt making all that big a bulge at his thickest part.

But i gotta admit, seeing him swallowing is nerve wracking (pic behind cut) considering just how wide his neck stretches D:
