the thing is they didn't need to kiss or do some form of great gesture as soon as they were reunited because that hug literally embodied all the emotions and sentiments they were feeling. And that hit me, personally, so hard as a result of the fact that the emotions were so strongly conveyed; from the bag drop to the running to robert and the bone crushing hug. It was all so beautifully executed and the love they share was exposed and exhibited so well during both episodes (in spite of the second one being a bit meh) but the fact that robert immediately noticed that aaron finally needs therapy and needs some sort of professional help, was so beautiful???
