“Dean I...I don't know what to say,” you stutter.

In all the years you've known Dean Winchester, this has never happened. It dawns on you how real this thing is you have between you and him. He cares for you, he protects you, he laughs with you, he cries with you. But...this?

You look into those green orbs that are his beautiful eyes and you can tell from that sincere look that he is serious. Your palms become sweaty, you choke on your own words, struggling to find the correct way to answer.

He tilts his head at you, waiting for you to answer his question. Your heart flutters, how long have you been silent for? He must be growing impatient. You take a deep breath, summoning all your strength to say that magic word which will no doubt complete one of the most memorable, beautiful moments you will ever have in your life.

“Yes!” You finally answer, the biggest smile you've ever worn strewn across your face. You can feel your eyes welling up you're so happy and touched.

“Jeez woman it's only a piece of pie,” Dean retorts, cutting you a slice, and sliding it on a plate over to you.

You don't listen to him, nothing is ruining this. This is the moment Dean Winchester asked if you wanted to share his pie.
