[SPOILERS FOR 15X18]

So I finally got around to watching all of 15x18 (I hadn't watched the whole episode before but i had seen bits and pieces of it when i first got into spn) and I have never cried as hard as I did at the "i love you" scene. I am emotionally wrecked but i don't regret finally watching it all. It hurts my soul that Cas's last happy moment was finally telling Dean he loves him after all that time. Both of them deserved so much better. My mental stability is nonexistant, it is 1am, and I am gonna go cry into a pillow for the next 3 hours :)

What happened to the Dean that actually cared for Css? What happened to the Dean that wouldn't leave Purgatory until he found Cas? What happened to the Dean that kept Cas's coat when he turned Leviathan? What happened to the Dean that wanted to die because Cas is dead?! What happened to the Dean that said,"No family left behind."? What happened to the Dean that said, "I need you Cas."?

What happened to the Dean that wasn't such a Dick?!
