Okey-doke, so I took this pic for a reason but right now I'm just gonna bask in how the simplest tweak in GIMP turned the neon luminescence up to EPIC!
That's DeAndre Wolfe up there, if you're wondering. Yup, another cameo. (When I said extravaganza, I meant extravaganza.) He doesn't look anything like that in the story, though. One, he's got a custom bodyshape, and two, he might get kicked out of his own car if he was rolling around dressed like that...and I'm not remotely tempted to reshoot that particular scene just for a laugh.
I just wanted to show off the fact that while I suck at textures (like, really) I finally figured out a way to replicate the template choices for the sims 3 glam rock outfit because I was so stupidly pleased with myself, lol!
TS3 on the left and my 3t2 DeAndre on the right. Not exact, of course, but it works for me. (I did the other two template choices as well - the snakeskin was a real PITA but no pics atm.)
Oh yeah, he is wearing those particular shades in a different colour and that same facial hair. But not that hair! It was my "I'm Rick James, bitch" option converted for this post even though I still went in a different direction. Before I remembered I suck at textures I was thinking to jheri curl it up. No such luck.
Wolfe
DeAndre Wolfe has moved from Twinbrook and started a new band with Jon Lessen from Riverview and Darren Lott from Starlight Shores. DeAndre comes to the playthrough with several friends including the Baker family, Sofia Carlton and Amy Bull. His new bandmate and roommate, Darren, not so much as he is enemies with the Avilla sisters. They have arguably the coolest apartment in town and a starting income of 5,655 Simoleons.

Some time had passed since that incident with Sofia. Amy had blocked her on all accounts and devices, and though it was hard she got on with her life. There was a time Amy called her one of her closest friends. How Sofia became so distant, rude, and down right cruel was beyond her.
As Amy was brooding over the lost friendship, her boss called her over. Apparently, someone had just called to book an 8 hour appointment! This would be the longest gig of her career so far.
She would have never guessed that it was DeAndre Wolf! Though they where good friends in college, they hadn’t spoken in years. What an unexpected surprise! As it turned out, DeAndre was on a mission to re-imagine his image and career: and he only trusted Amy’s expertise to make him look the part.

Week 2 in Twinbrook and new households have made the move over,
Gala Ball, Buddy Bailey and DeAndre Wolfe
Gala finds herself in a new town but with old problems, on one hand she has her best friend and long term roommate Buddy who she knows has feelings for her that go beyond friendship. On the other hand there is DeAndre who she is so attracted to and he shows her a good time but is that enough for a long term committed relationship.
Really happy with DeAndre’s makeover (omg the straight long hair had to go :x)... I was thinking of Lenny Kravitz.
Walk of shamefame!! After a short rest, Juniper gives the sleeping DeAndre a kiss and goes home - can’t leave Sassy alone forever!!
