Dear Charlie,

I feel so alone. I’ve never experienced depression until now. I have no idea how to deal with this overwhelming dread I feel all the time. I think I need help. I need a miracle. I’m scaring the people around me. I don’t want to destroy anything. I’m unable to help myself.

I decided I’m done with J. Clearly I am not a priority for him. I’ve been waiting 2 months now and he still hasn’t found the time for us to have a legitimate conversation about what we admitted or to meet up. He claims he’s too busy. I’m calling bullshit. No one is that busy. If he wanted to see me, he’d find the time. Being busy is only an excuse for so long. At some point, it becomes a choice. And I’m done putting up with being treated like that. I deleted him on Facebook so I’m not tempted to try to get his attention. I’ll probably end up deleting his number, too.
