Dear Drooper:
What would your dream sleepover date be like with a fan chosen at random from the audience at one of your concerts?
You wouldn't be interested in knowing as much, at least for now.

"Dear Drooper--"
Are you particular about the type of hot chocolate you serve over the winter?
As a band, I have to admit we've been fond of experimenting with the likes of hot chocolate flavoured with peppermint and Irish creme, among others. Heck, we've even tried hot white chocolate, and I have to acknowledge that such can get to be rather interesting with some holiday cookies in the bargain.
Dear Drooper:
What was perhaps the single weirdest piece of fan mail the band ever received?
It all dependsn on your definition of "weird fan mail," in my opine.
Dear Drooper--
Do the Splits prefer turkey or ham for Thanksgiving dinner?
Have you ever heard of turkey ham? As a matter of fact, we've served it on Thanksgiving a few times, mainly for the sake of novelty ... but still, the Crosse and Blackwell's Ham Glaze lends itself well to turkey ham. Not to mention au gratin potatoes, green bean hot dish--and, for dessert, gingerbread with warm lemon curd. (We think pumpkin pie is probably hackneyed, in case you ask about the dessert choice).
Not to mention a decent little non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

"Dear Drooper: How exactly is the road trip working out for you and the band-at-large?"
At least, in making the best of things, it isn't that God-awful horror movie treatment which prompted us to so undertake. But just be thankful that we're getting some serious relaxation. Not to mention an occasional surprise concert in some smaller venues, and plenty of opportunity to cross paths with fans.
“Dear Drooper: Can you ever recall the Sour Grapes Girls attempting romantically-inclined challenges of you?”
Let’s not get too deep into this, especially if you think sex came into the equation. Or somehow had to, if that’s what you’re thinking.

“Dear Drooper: With the fall coming on, are you the sort who prefers hot spiced apple cider in the evenings?”
We prefer our schtick to be real. And that means using real apple cider (even if it means having to shake the bottle up to get at the sediment on the bottom) and real mulling spices more than anything. Even then, you have to imagine how many ideas can evolve thus.

“Dear Drooper: What excites you and your fellow bandmates about summer?”
Plenty. And not just the pale moon. While it may be that we may not perform as much as we used to, the opportunities to do “meet-and-greets,” get selfies and just kick back and be ourselves can get to be rather intriguing. And believe you me, can we really get crazy over a summer, as plenty of private home video we prefer keeping to ourselves (for the moment at least) can attest to!
