I WAS SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO HIM TONIGHT. JUST THE TWO OF US IN THE ROOM. IT WAS THE PERFECT SITUATION TO STRIKE UP A CASUAL CONVERSATION AND BOND AND FALL IN LOVE BUT I COULDN'T DO IT.

I really really really hate that I realized I like him (a lot) because now I'm super self-conscious and I can't be myself around him anymore, and now it's just awkward between us.

Ugh.
