Yes it is, gorgeous as he should be as a god
His outfit was very much inspired by Victorian mourning dresses because of course
The only flowers he can touch without making them wither are those that represent death and mourning, hence the spider lilies, chrysanthemum and marigold on his scythe
He wears a veil and closes his eyes when reaping because death is blind, when he's off duty he lifts his veil over his crown, so if he is sitting somewhere and suddenly brings his veil down it means someone is about to die ( he sometimes likes to scare the other gods like that, he thinks it's funny ( he's the only one thinking that ))
The beads around his waist were originally all blue ( his magic's color ), but when he got with Geno some of them turned red to match with him, nobody really noticed though, as it looks like bloodstains which is fitting for a god of death
The hourglass on his scythe is litteraly the time a soul has left before dying, he resets it after each reaping
