Deathvember: Spectre of Death
so, well, it's the first of december and that means Deathvember is over (sadly). and as the only person that's participated in a challenge devised by me (how unexpected), i have to conclude deathvember at three drawings drawn (all three by me) - and don't worry, i'll spam you with the deathvember post in 2019 too :D
Deathvember: It is not your time yet
Instructor Malicia of Scholomance for Deathvember!
with all the “meme month” things present in... well, mainly a certain 40k meme group in which the fuckers had a fun orktober (and a lot of orktober hating besides it) and are now having a... uhh... what is it even? i thought of a thing.
and the thing is... deathvember. (or deathember/novemdeath, whatever you prefer)
aside from november being the month in which I was born (and that should tell you something), the 1st of november being the Day of All Saints here in Slovakia and the fact that everything is dead during this lovely month (me, the trees outside, my inspiration and so on), i think death needs a bit of appreciation (not in any morbid sense, of course) and remembrance.
necromancers need a bit of appreciation.
so do death knights.
liches.
Bwonsamdi.
Death Spectres.
The Angels of Death.
all the fallen heroes. (even those from universes that aren’t childishly grim)
i'd like to make november a month where we turn away from our beautiful heroes blazing with holy Light and look at the other side of things. (but not Sylvanas, she's batshit crazy)
and, to sum this all, if anybody would want to join in this dumb idea of mine... you’re encouraged to do so.
i'm not doing this out of any kind of edgyness/disrespect for death/anything else, but if you have anything to say about this little thing that's my idea of a death month, feel free to leave me a message.
