Hellllooooooo there! It has been quite a long time since I have sent out a letter, and I thought it was about time. Hopefully this letter finds you in good health!! Twinkie and I are feeling good, yet are both restless. We walk miles and miles until we can’t anymore, then drive to the beach and sit and write by the sea’s edge. The water was extra warm this summer and now have our beach back to a nice quiet isolation again. How about you? How’s the stir craziness going? When I first heard the mandated phrase of, “social distancing”, I just cried and shook and was quite befuddled about what to do. Very strange for this Crystal Mystic to not be socializing and sharing my latest discoveries and downloads thru fun events and classes every month or even every week!..Funny it wasn’t the virus itself that panicked me but the isolation. I believe we need to focus on our immune system, dietary perfection, lots of outdoor time and of course spiritual Health! Well we have been blessed for the first time in California in many decades with TIME. Living here you really have to hustle to keep up w our rent and our job, rt? Now our pace has been slowed to a more natural cadence, maybe even with the sunlight’s hours! Hopefully you have been able to meditate more, play with your crystals one by one by sleeping with them or just moving them around in your home. Have you been trying different oils in your diffusers or just on your feet and hands? I use mostly the eucalyptus, rosemary, mint, chamomile to calm my sinuses that get freaked out in the am or just when I get nervous from news over loading. I did make a blend for the lungs and one for relaxing in the eve to settle down if you need some. I did adapt to long distance healings, readings, guided meditations and counseling thru Facetiming, Zooming and many many hours on the good ‘ol telephone. I have recorded quite a bit which was a personal struggle of having to be in front of the camera. But now if anyone asks, I jump in on their channel to share simply with probably much too much gusto.
