My Food Photo Diary

January 9th

I had the same yams, mac & cheese and collards for my late breakfast.  4:3o I made my green smoothie.

Dinner will probably be a small spinach salad. Not really hungry. I have to add more snacks in my diet. I’m not sure I’m eating enough. Additionally I need food that will consistently refuel my body. That will assist in speeding up my metabolism which in return will also help to…

January 7th

I am very proud of day 2. This is exactly how I would like to continue to eat with a few exceptions. No cheddar or any type of cheese that’s not vegan cheese. I still like regular cheese. I am not that fond of vegan cheese yet. I do eat it sometimes but prefer reg cheese for now.

Breakfast: green smoothie- spinach, banana, peanut butter, apple juice & protein powder.

Lunch: spinach salad and tangerine ginger herbal tea.
