Tell me more about dumb villain? :D

That one will be - and it will be one day, so help me any passing deity - another mistaken identity fic. Basically a newly emerged demon has beef with General Nan Yang, and kidnaps both him and who he believes to be his attendant... some little weird scrap-picker.

This is like half of all I have, but also my favourite bit:

(Villain has been consistently mistaking Xie Lian for Feng Xin’s servant/bodyguard and has just witnessed him speak ‘out of turn’ one too many times:)

‘Just who do you think you are?’ he roared.

Xie Lian flashed an infuriatingly peaceful, non-threatening smile at him.

‘I think I’m many things. Or at least, I’ve been a lot of things over the years. The Crown Prince of Xian Le. The Flower-Crowned Martial God. The Guoshi Fang Xin. General Hua. I am the Scrap Immortal. But, what you will find the most relevant right at this moment...’ he said, extending a hand, allowing a silver butterfly to land on his finger ‘... is that I am also Crimson Rain Sought Flower’s husband.’

oh geez I was thinking it would be bad enough if they’d only had that one day hanging out--Cosette doesn’t have a lot of Social Events with people around her age-- but Mireille?  Courfeyrac’s fiancee?  is AT THEIR WEDDING  (right next to Paulette!)

Tell me about your Les Mis Headcanons

I FORGOT I MADE THAT POST ABOUT 2 MINUTES AFTER I DID SO I NEVER CHECKED MY INBOX IM SORRY For now have some random little headcanons at the surface of my brain! 

-Jean Valjean, in this day and age, would still be Catholic. But when he has to switch churches he researches them to make sure they don’t spread hate (he’d been hateful in the past and will not let himself go back)-Courfeyrac was Marius’ first kiss-Eponine packed up and moved in with a friend at like 15, and hasn’t moved back home since. Later in life she owns one of those small businesses with a flat above the shop, where she and Cosette share rooms after having lived apart for decades. -Joly cheats playing card games and never gets caught-Enjolras knows ballroom dance, not that he’d ever tell you
