We were introduced the Swedish production outfit DECCO at the beginning of the year when the pair, who’ve produced for the likes of John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, Selena Gomez, Redman, and more, united with ever enthralling Mapei on their debut, Shooting Stars. Now, they’ve come together with British singer songwriter Leo Stannard on an earthy strumming dance charmer named Sun Comes Out, and my heart can hardly take its saccharine sentimentality and radiant pulsing beats. Leo Stannard’s whisky soaked crooning leaves us a molten pool while DECCO’s folk tinged tropical house moves us to the core. Sun Comes Out is like Ed Sheeran gone Milky Chance. I’m nearly convinced DECCO and Leo Stannard have single handedly brushed away this morning’s cool fog and lured out its incandescent sun. Sun Comes Out is available, here.
