"Phhwaa- You’re welcome, spiky! But remember- This is for me too, okay!? You can’t have ALL this food! Sharing is caring, or whatever! And I’m the one who made it so- Whatever let’s just eat!!”
Almost shouting her last words, she started to put a lot of food on her plate. She had cooked a lot so they both would be able to eat as much as they wanted, after all! Oh, it all smelled wonderful- and it looked good too! You really did it this time, Sato! Alright, now that her food was stuffed with food it was time to stuff her face with it.
And here we go! The messy eater started to almost force the food in her mouth. Making small, light, happy sounds every time she tried something new. Often, the archer was way too lazy to stand and just cook. But when she did she was so happy afterwards! Sato just wanted to keep eatin this forever.
"Heyff- Shpiky-kun!!" She swallowed the food she had in her mouth and continued. "Thanks for joining me, by the way! Like.. I got to cook everything.. But it’s so much funnier eating with other people!! So, now that you’ve tasted it.. ! What do you think? Pretty good, huh?"
He chuckled a bit as she spoke with her mouth full, in full disregard of any manners that may or may not have existed between the two. It was casual, and it was comforting, that he could have a friend to relax around, though what his heart felt and his body felt were two different things.
He tried not to focus on it.
Instead, Makoto ate her food, and happily so-- any food was good to him, especially when made by hand. His opinion wasn't entirely so valuable, and he knew it, since by any standards he was willing to eat anything if he was hungry, but it didn't hurt anyone to flash a smile and gulp as she asked him the question, wiping his mouth with his sleeve.
"I had no idea you could be such a great cook as well, Sato-san. This is the best meal I've had since I left for school."
