Soldier of Steel - Day 12
So Friday's workout was absolutely killer.
10 Minutes Insanity warm up
2x 20 Air Squats
2x 20 Sit Ups
4x 10 Push Ups
3x 10 Deck Squats
100x Squats
90 Second Plank
90x Push Ups
90 Second Plank
80x Sit Ups
90 Second Plank
30x Burpees
I was exhausted, my form was pretty bad, and I was starving since it was 9pm and didn't have dinner yet so I had to cut the workout short.
Today (Sunday is suppose to be a rest day but I figured I'd finish the rest of the workout then). So I still need to do Nope, too sore so I decided against doing:
40x Burpees
90 Second Plank
60x Deck Squats
90 Second Plank
50x Deck Squats
90 Second Plank
I am pretty bad at Deck Squats, I can't even do a single one, well at least a proper one that they show you. I have to do a modified deck squat where I gain momentum by lifting my legs over my head and gaining momentum to squat from the ground. I think this workout teaches it the way it does because the way I was doing it, it was killing my tailbone. Oh well, I pushed through it, although I'm not looking forward to the remaining deck squats.
My body today is really sore, but I think it has to deal with yesterday's activities a little bit which I will post about next!
