Either More Ender or just displays more traits- taller (but not quite as tall as a full enderman), all black/navy blue, pure purple eyes, constantly picking up blocks (stimming tbh), ender is basically their first language (they have to consciously decide to speak human languages), instinctively Decks anyone that makes eye contact, water is painful, can teleport a short distance (but not very good at it)

they wear sunglasses a lot- stole the idea from eret. people stare less and it makes them a little less sensitive to eye contact. win-win.

(at some point tho they probably will take the glasses off with someone they really trust)
