It's a work in progress but these are the photos one year after. I'm not done with my declutter & refurbish project. It continues on. I have a long way to go, but at least there is progress. 😉👍

ECQ GOALS
#declutterandrefurbishgoals achieved this Holy Week as ECQ (enhanced community quarantine) has once again been declared where I am. We've ordered this bed frame some two weeks back and waited till we have more time to move it to its current position. I believe it's worth noting that I call this new bed frame Bitcoin bed. Yes, it's a product of my Bitcoin savings and profit. The need to replace the bed frame was on my to-do list for a while now. I'm glad I finally got to tick it off.
Lots more left on my goals list. One step at a time... One day at a time... All goals can and will be achieved! 😉👍🏼

I'm grateful that this area has been improved. The whole flat is still a work in progress as there are areas for improvement still.

#refurbishgoals2020 in two parts. It took a while to save up and plan for this, but it happened in November of this corona year. Another area has been improved. Yey! I will post the before and after on part two of this post.
First, a review. We've liked SanYang furniture. This one, however, not so much. It's made in China, unlike most made in Malaysia DIY shelves. The diagram didn't help much at all. Luckily, someone posted a YT video on assembling this. Watching it helped a lot!! 👍🏼👍🏼
At the end of the day, I'm just glad for this improved area. There remains a lot more to be worked on indeed!

#refurbishgoals2020 I totally forgot to post this here as an update to my ongoing declutter & refurbish project. I started it December of 2018, documented my monthly achievements in 2019, and then the corona year came. 😑😑😑
Well, like most folks, I had to deal with two and a half months of no income too. It was a struggle, but thankfully, I did have a bit of emergency fund as back up. Whew! I'm still trying to get back on track. But life has to go on. My project goes on too, but a bit slower than before.
This was in August. I updated my FB album with it, but somehow I forgot to add it here for documentation.
That's the "before" photo of this area that we got to clear out. 😊😊 I'd say I'm pleased with the results.
Next time, I will share another refurbish project that I got to accomplish this weekend. 😉👍🏼 till then.. Ta-tah!
#declutterTuesday makes a comeback this week 😁😁😁 finally cleared a tiny section. The big box is out & the plastic organizer moved to where it should be. Clutter zone still exists, however. Step by step... Just keep going... Main challenge is how to get rid of some items for donations. 😒😒😒 will need to wait till Segunda Mana reopens, fingers crossed.
I hope this will be the restart. Still wishing for better days, instead of this #newabnormal. 🙄🙄🙄

In fact, I'm interrupting my travel updates with home improvements for the previous month. So the cluttered corner was cleared and a new bookcase / display cabinet was put in place. Some of our books were also given their special place.
Two small crates were also ordered. These are waiting to be placed on the wall in the bedroom.
Time to plan for March 2020 goals. Still a long way to go for my declutter & refurbish project. I still have a cluttered zone that I need to clear to make way for a two-seater sofa. Inshallah! Till next month... Ta-tah! 😊😊
