This isn't a scene or episode idea, but more like a elaborate gag for a episode that goes on semi in the background as the rest of everything is going on.
The Gag?
Dennis decides at the begining of the episode he wants to quit drinking caffiene of any kind because he's on a new health fad (its pointed out he should quit drinking beer first if he's so worried about his health but Dennis ignores them) so instead of drinking coffee, he starts carrying around a tin of ground coffee beans (he makes a poimt to tell everyone theyre the highest quality and deepest roast and he paid yada for them.)
And so instead of drinking caffiene Dennis decides to start smelling the coffee powder, so you can see him periodically open the can and inhale the smell of the coffee. (He claims that the beans are just so high quality just smelling it will give him the boost he needs)
But heres the thing, every single time Dennis opens the can to smell the coffee, he picks his head back up and visibly we can see he's Inhaling the coffee. Its on his nose and he's very cleaely just snorted some coffee, this goes on throughout the episode until it culminates at the end to him having a heart attack (Like Mac in 'The Gang Inflates')
Optional for background purposes- The rest of the gang is doing the same same thing except with energy drinks, Charlie at some point shakes his up and snorts the foam thats produced on purpose thinking Dennis had been meaning to inhale the coffee the whole time. Mac is either doing Dwayne the rock energy drinks or straight preworkout, Dee is the only one who soesn't (due to her previous heart attack), and franks doing straight cocaine in a monster can.
