Meant to do this last Friday or so, but I had a rather bad case of food-poisoning that left me incapacitated for the entire weekend.
It’s a bloomin’ shame, because I wanted to be on time for this new year in some shape or form, since I was born on the Year of the Rooster.
In any case, here’s to heralding a prosperous Year of the Rooster!
Threw around ideas for a new character.
Few dare traverse the woods at the edge of the mountain, for tales speak of a black clad giant often wielding an ax, said to be one of the messengers of the Other World. It is said he appears when someone is close to death to take them beyond, much like the other reapers; but on a more unsettling note, he stalks visitors and trespassers without their knowing, and kills those with sin on their souls.
The locals named him what he has steadily become: Saa-shin, the reaper.
Visually speaking, he’s basically kind of an amalgamation of various 80s movie icons with my own spin on it.
POKECEMBER DAY 30 - MEGA
Mega Evolutions are rather gimmicky in my opinion, and I think I had that stigma lingering in me, which prevented me to really get acquainted with any of the designs easily, which is rather admittedly pigheaded of me to say, because they have plenty of rad Mega designs.
Mega Audino was different in that it was made unbelievably more adorable AND lethal.
Now gaze upon the majesty as Minwu lays down the LAW.
POKECEMBER DAY 23 - FAVE GEN 5
Who should I put for my favorite Unova resident? Gee, Audino.
I actually found Minwu scouring the Mirage Islands surrounding Hoenn, grinding my teams to rematch the Elite Four, when I stumbled across his magnificent, shining, and yet humble visage.
POKECEMBER DAY 15 - POISON
I put 100% of the blame on Pat for this one being such a mainstay favorite for the type. Heck, I blame him for getting my drawing fervor back, back in ‘08.
So in return, have one of his many adorable characters, Charlotte, dressed up as one of the main characters of a recent phenomena.
