Deep-fried deviled eggs
Deep Fried Deviled Eggs with an Avocado Horseradish Filling
Ingredients
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko crumbs
Parsley, for garnish
Peanut oil, for frying
AVOCADO HORSERADISH SAUCE
1 avocado, pitted and removed from skin
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
Peel the eggs and slice lengthwise. Remove the yolks to a bowl. A little at a time add the avocado horseradish sauce until you have reached your desired consistency. If you need to add something else to make it creamier towards the end, I suggest mayonnaise. Mash the yolks together with a wooden spoon. Taste and adjust seasonings, if needed. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Heat oil in a deep-fryer to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, add 1 cup of flour and season with salt and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs, in a third bowl, add 1 cup of panko.
Dip the eggs into the flour, then the egg and finally into the panko. Gently put the eggs into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Remove to a paper towel lined sheet tray.
Fill the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with paprika and pieces of bacon.

Eggs (12), Canola oil (3 cups), panko (1.5 cups), flour (1.5 cups), eggs (3), thai garlic chili sauce (1 tbls), adobo seasoning (dash), paprika (dash), lawrys seasoning (dash), black pepper (dash), garlic powder(dash), mayonnaise (3 tbls), hot sauce (dash), Kosher salt (dash).
Hard boil 12 eggs, then chill. Remove shell and separate yolks. Mix yolks until smoothe with hot sauce, salt, pepper, mayo, and paprika, set aside. Dry whites with paper towel. Make egg wash seasoning egg, flour and breadcrumbs with adobo, garlic powder, lawrys, and pepper. Mix thai sauce with eggs. Dip hardboiled whites into flour, then egg, then panko. Deep fry. Fill with yolk.
