❓ What exactly do you do for a living?

((I assume this is for Edes because my job is not very interesting?))

I’m an agent of the Illuminati, in the investigation and management of supernatural disasters for the most part. Typically I work in mid- to large-scale events, such as the disappearances of entire communities to death cults that have successfully gotten something to answer them. It’s a fairly flexible position. I go where I’m needed and fill whatever role is called for to the best of my ability.  There’s a lot of fighting monsters and researching the histories of the locations I’m stationed in.

It pays well.

But for now, I’m working as an archivist going through the portion of my employers’ collection housed on an island off of Maine.  I haven’t been able to take regular assignments since the first part of July due to... complications with my last assignment.
